What Are Antidexxers?

Antidexxers are a group known to harass users of the #BringBackNationalDex and/or #BringBackAllPokemon hashtag. A common trait is that antidexxers typically enjoy Pokemon Sword and Shield, and will make fun of, harass, or threaten violence at anyone who expresses dissatisfaction with the games or the developers' choices in its creation. A good portion of Poketubers are also known to be very vocal antidexxers, most likely since their income relies on the success of the Pokemon franchise, and anyone trying to disgrace its name is a threat to them.

The reason antidexxers are more prolifically toxic compared to dextremists is as follows: Dextremists are called out by BBND supporters, as they know what is crossing the line and what isn't. Antidexxers will receive approval in the form of likes on their posts that obviously cross the line (i.e. harassment, suicide encouragement, etc.)

1. Antidexxers portray anyone who uses the #BringBackNationalDex and/or #BringBackAllPokemon tag as toxic, while claiming they did nothing wrong.
1b. It is important to note that the reason Antidexxers attempt to portray all users of the aforementioned hashtags as toxic is due to a loud minority of this group known as Dextremists. However, the irony in this is that only a loud minority of those who do enjoy Pokemon Sword and Shield are antidexxers.
2. Larger antidexxers are known to utilize their large followings to harass users to the point of deplatforming, and in even more extreme circumstances, suicidal thoughts/attempts.

3. Antidexxers most commonly resort to spamming, a violation of most Terms of Service rules, especially the Twitter ToS, where antidexxers are most commonly found.
4. A large majority of antidexxers will tell BBND supporters to kill themselves.

5. Antidexxers will throw constant false accusations at users claiming that they are "harassing GameFreak" or "harassing Masuda".
6. Antidexxers will commonly use mental illnesses as insults.

8. When getting involved in debates about pokemon, they will often resort to ad hominems if unable to prove a BBND supporter wrong.
